Membership FAQ

How is my membership managed?

Your membership is coordinated by a Third Party provider (Aglow). Once you’ve created and account and signed up, you can log in and see all your information and manage it from inside their portal.

What if I want to add on treatments at my appointment?

Before booking your appointments in we can discuss any add ons you might want You will just pay for these in clinic on the day of your treatment - You will also get the membership exclusive rates..

Can I gift my treatment to someone else?

No, your membership is just for you, tailored to your exact skincare needs and goals.

Are there any other charges I need to know about?

There is one off sign up fee of $29.

If you have a failed payment Aglow charges you a $6.90 failed payment fee.

How do I sign up?

Once you have chosen your plan, you will complete an online form outlining the payment plan. Once this has been completed you will receive a text or email with a sign up link. Once you have completed this, you are all signed up and ready to get started.
